The Scene

This welcoming, family-owned historic inn, completely revamped in 2008, offers varied venues, from a spacious granite-topped bar (as popular for dining as drinking) and cozy pub room with fireplace to intimate wooden booths and spacious and gracious dining rooms with private function options. Hand-decorated walls reflect warmth and personality, and live music creates entertaining evenings.

The Cuisine

An all-day-and-evening menu covers every craving and features signature she-crab soup. Dishes like tuna tartare nachos and lettuce wraps put a twist on traditional pub fare that includes burgers, sandwiches, wings and baskets. Fresh salads, abundant entrees and numerous specials vie for attention. Friendly service at the well-stocked bar makes first-timers feel like regulars.

Who’s Marvin?

Our resident ghost. The rumor is he worked here back in the days when this was a brothel and was said to be in love with one of the women. He died here and his spirit is still with us.
