Newburg Inn Grillhouse & Bar

• Originally owned by William Penn in 1750, this nearly three-century old tavern has served as a Native American trading post, stagecoach shop, and, finally, a rustic eatery where an eclectic collection of furnishings procured from auctions and private sales don the walls.

• Perhaps more legendary than the historic building itself is the Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus that can be found within it. With the option for an extra-thick cut or blackened skin, this centerpiece-worthy slow roast always reveals a perfectly pink and moist center.
