THE DISH

For a place known for cheesesteaks, Giacomo’s is surprisingly great with greens. The new Simply Summer Salad is a satisfying blend of flavors and textures, featuring a base of mixed greens topped with juicy strawberries, crunchy sunflower seeds, and salty feta. But the true star is the fresh and  herbaceous peach-basil vinaigrette. For a dose of protein, top it all off with grilled chicken.
