Sparkling Zangria

2 asmarena cherries
1 wedge lemon
1 wedge line
3/4 oz. crème de violette
3/4 oz. ginger liqueur
1 1/2 oz. ginger beer
1 1/2 oz. prosecco (or choice of bubbly)
About 1 oz. pinot noir (or choice of red wine) 


Place cherries, lemon and lime in a Tom Collins glass and muddle. Pour crème de violette and ginger liqueur into glass and fill with ice cubes. Add ginger beer and prosecco (no need to stir), then pour pinot noir over the back of a bar spoon to float on top of the drink. Serve immediately.
