- 3–4 slices lime
- A few mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 oz. spiced rum
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 6 oz. ginger beer
- Lime twist
Muddle lime and mint with vodka and rum, shake over ice, pour into mason jar and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime twist and mint leaves.
