Grumpy’s Key Lime Pie Martini

Presented by Grumpy’s Bar-B-Que Roadhouse

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. heavy cream
• 1 1/2 oz. melon liqueur
• 3 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
• Hefty splash of lime juice
• Crushed graham crackers for rimming glass
• Thin wheel of lime for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Pour pineapple juice, heavy cream, melon liqueur, vanilla vodka and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Cover, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with graham crackers. Place thin wheel of lime on the side of the glass and serve at once.
