Ginger & Soy Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Vegetable oil
- 2 T Sesame oil
- 2 oz. Soy sauce
- 2 oz. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz. Sherry vinegar
- 2 T Cold water
- 2 T Honey
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 T Minced ginger
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients except oils in a blender. While pureeing, slowly add the oil to emulsify. Adjust seasoning as needed with salt and pepper.
This vinaigrette is wonderful for tuna tartar, drizzled over fish, chicken, beef and/or vegetables.
