Cool as a Cucumber

INGREDIENTS

• 4 thin slices cucumber
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• 1/2 oz. St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 1 1/2 Reyka Icelandic vodka
• Wheel of cucumber for garnish (medium thickness)

DIRECTIONS

Place cucumber slices and mint leaves in a snifter and pour St-Germain over top. Muddle gently then fill glass with crushed ice. Pour Reyka vodka into glass, place wheel of cucumber on the side and serve.
