Barrel Aged Manhattan

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey
- Dash Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 1/4 oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz. Cointreau
- 3 drops Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters
- Dash Broittet Creme de Griotte
- Dash dry Curacao
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing glass, stir ingredients over ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a flamed orange twist. (At Maxim’s 22, large batches of this cocktail are aged for one month in used Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye whiskey barrels.)
