INGREDIENTS

• 1 package Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese (8 oz. box)
• 1/2 package shredded cheddar jack cheese (4 oz.=half of standard bag)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 oz. ginger beer

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl and pulse until spreadable. Serve with rustic bread for an easy app or snack. (Or schmear on a toasted bagel for a fast and fabulous breakfast.)
