THE BAR SCENE

Boasting the longest bar in Easton – with 22 seats, of course – this boisterous brasserie invites guests to kick back and “laugh a little too loud” in a nostalgically European setting. And, naturally, there are 22 taps dispensing a rotating selection of premium and hard-to-find brews. The wine selection is award winning, and innovative cocktails set a high standard of artful mixology – including barrel-aged libations.

THE NEW MENU

A revamped menu features a Mac & Cheese section, offering this comforting dish in six simple-to-sophisticated versions that include duck confit, black truffle and fried egg or wild mushrooms, bleu cheese and grilled filet – which, like all of the Black Angus beef served, carries a “Pennsylvania Proud” designation. Seafood continues to come dressed to impress with raw bar selections that encompass petit and grand plateaus.
