THE STAY

This luxurious country inn and restaurant is ensconced in a 19th century, 150-acre working organic farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture. THE MEALS

A hefty portion of dishes served in the rustically elegant stone-barn-turned-dining-room-and-pub travel a matter of steps – not miles – to reach the kitchen. At breakfast, inn guests are treated to a buffet, plus a full menu of country fresh selections. Meals are also appointed with farm-raised vegetables, and evolving dinner entrees include such staples as wild caught Coho salmon and signature maple BBQ-glazed meatloaf made with local beef and wood-lot pork.
