The Cuisine

Matriarch Marlene brings a lifetime of tinkering with traditional Italian recipes to the table, resulting in sumptuous sauces – including her signature “Mama’s Sunday Gravy” – homemade specialties such ravioli, manicotti and gnocchi, grilled pizza, entrees starring seafood, chicken and more, and must-taste desserts. A catering menu allows any personal or business occasion to turn into an Italian feast.

How do you fit the image of an Old World Italian mother?

I’m always worried that people have enough food and don’t go hungry! That’s something I learned from my mother and grandmother.
