Photographs adorning the chic dining room capture the magic of the 1972 Dolphins’ “perfect season,” coached by founder Don Shula. What drew you to the hospitality field?

My father was in the hospitality business so I was around classic restaurant service from early on. I enjoy having satisfied customers, getting to know their families and helping them with celebrations.
