The restaurant cooperates with local farms in an effort to secure humanely raised proteins that are free from antibiotics and growth hormones. ATMOSPHERE

Welcoming patrons since 1750, history is infused throughout this rustic destination that remains adorned with original architectural appointments. Of course, the attitude has been updated over the centuries, with happy hour at the bar offered six days a week. The fully stocked tavern features seasonally rotating craft beers from their own Red Lion Brewery. A signature amber ale and IPA are always on tap.
