Whiskey Rebellion

*This drink is a specialty at Hush, the speakeasy-style lounge in Roar Social House.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin
• 1 oz. Boulard Calvados apple brandy
• 3/4 oz. orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
• Dash of orange bitters
• Twist of orange peel

DIRECTIONS

Pour gin, apple brandy, syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir thoroughly and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Run the orange peel around the edge of the glass to release the oils, then drop in the glass to garnish. Serve immediately.
