theDISH A globally vibrant and seasonally driven menu encompasses everything from Grilled Duck Breast with Mango Chutney and Asian Pear Salad with miso-citrus dressing to Blackened Scallops with roasted shallot marmalade and sriracha sauce. Flavor options are expanded further at the sweeping sushi bar, where offerings include an array of traditional and specialty rolls, plus raw bar selections. With the largest selection of tapas in the Poconos, guests can assemble an intriguing array of shareable small plates that Chef Boesz infuses with dazzling flavors, including the best-selling Black Jack–grilled filet mignon with crostini, creamy gorgonzola sauce, cherry pepper relish and arugula.
