theDISH Masterful execution distinguishes each dish created by Executive Chef Tim Widrick. A fan of “big, bold flavors,” the chef infuses the diverse, seasonally driven menu with Asian and French flavors, such as his enormously popular Tuna Tartare, accompanied by ginger-lime aioli and crispy wonton chips, and the Triple Truffle House Ground Black Angus Burger served on a brioche roll. Classic entrees, from top-quality steaks to Long Island duck breast, are complemented by contemporary small plates, such as Crispy Pork Belly with a buckwheat honey-Chinese black vinegar drizzle and Coconut Crusted Tofu. Widrick also excels at weaving intriguing tastes and textures into the impressive dessert menu.

theGLASS A thoughtfully culled wine list provides a solid spectrum of choices to pair with the wide-ranging menu, and the handcrafted cocktail list is splashed with bright fruit flavors. Discounted drinks and appetizers make the weekday happy hour an optimal after-work destination, and guests are treated to half-price wine and draft beer during fully gender-inclusive Girls Night Out each Wednesday.

theINSIDE SCOOP Private parties for up to 55 guests may be hosted in a separate-entrance special event room, and a curtained alcove off the main dining area supplies VIP-style intimacy for smaller dinner gatherings.
