In the Kitchen

Familiar fare comes here to be deconstructed and reimagined with playful artistry, feeding both a yearning for comfort and an appetite for novelty. Sophisticated execution is a hallmark of the eclectic menu that resonates with ethnic flavors and seasonal (often local) tastes, from Seared Foie Gras with cornbread croutons, onion jam and cherry preserves to Seared Duck Breast with oyster mushroom, asparagus and duck confit risotto. Even staples of this neighborhood gastropub – including mussels, burgers and a slew of mac’n’cheese renditions – evolve continually, to entice perennially.

At the Bar

The revamped wraparound bar, featuring additional seating and an expanded lounge, now offers 16 draughts and a cask-conditioned ale on rotation – plus a voluminous number of bottled American craft brews. Cocktails such as the Countess Negroni deliver a refreshing take on tradition while showcasing fine imported and local spirits. Well drinks are made exclusively with gin, vodka and rum from Quakertown’s Midnight Madness Distilling.

In Our History

A vibrant postmodern décor reflects the sleek architecture of this repurposed bank building. Recent acoustically driven renovations – including a partition between the dining room and bar – maintain the 1950s-inspired vibe while creating a quieter, more intimate environment.
