WHAT’S THE VIBE LIKE?

Stylish industrial touches are thoughtfully speckled throughout the space, serving as nods to the Lehigh Valley’s steel-forged past. The chic restaurant offers floor-to-ceiling windows and a variety of elegant and comfortable seating options and dining rooms.

CHEERS

Head to the bar for clever cocktails like the Cinnaster, an aromatic cinnamon sour. The creative bartenders constantly shake up the menu with a new cocktail to feature every week, and enjoy creating perfectly customized cocktails tailored to each guest’s individual preferences. The new happy hour has a $5 cocktail, beer, and wine list, plus half-priced appetizers like Prosciutto Waldorf Crostini and Chicken Tacos.

WE LOVE

We thought we had tried every variation of wings and settled on our favorites in the Valley, but then we tried The Dime’s Duck Wings. These dazzling drumsticks are especially luscious because they are duck confit fried to order and tossed with housemade sweet and sour sauce. It’s the ultimate expression of flavor-blasting French techniques and comforting flavors, all on one magnificent plate.

Q&A WITH THE DIME

WHAT’S FOR DESSERT?

Try the housemade gelato or sorbet in scrumptious seasonal flavors, like winter squash gelato and pomegranate—or try the Gelato Cake, an ice cream cake made from scratch with a cookie pretzel center.

WHAT EVENTS TAKE PLACE HERE?

If you work in the restaurant industry and are used to working during happy hour instead of enjoying it, you’ll love The Dime’s new weekly “Industry Night,” a reverse happy hour from 9 to 11 p.m. If you like wine, “Wine Down Thursdays” are worth a stop, with light snacks and a wine sampling social hour. Half-off wine with dinner on Sundays and Mondays are yet another way to enjoy the comprehensive wine list.
