Pumpkin Martini

? 2 oz. seasoned pumpkin puree (see below)
? 2 oz. vanilla vodka
? 1 oz. Goldschl?ger
? Crushed graham crackers for garnish

Seasoned pumpkin puree:
? 1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
? 3 T molasses
? 1 tsp. cinnamon
? 1/4 tsp. ground ginger



For the seasoned pumpkin puree:
Blend ingredients until thoroughly combined and chill until ready to use. Makes enough for 4 drinks.

Pour seasoned pumpkin puree, vanilla vodka and Goldschl?ger into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed in crushed graham crackers. Serve at once.
