At the biggest bar in downtown Easton, you’ll find 22 draft beers and 22 gins, but you won’t find any pretense.
• Native to the South of France, Belon Oysters are incredibly rare, with fewer than 5,000 being harvested each year during a narrow window of October through spring. A decadent delicacy, it comes garnished with seared foie gras and two types of caviar for a salty punch.
• A little healthy hedonism is good for the soul. Freshly squeezed juices from Sunday brunch make a 5 o’clock comeback in thirst-quenching cocktails like this gin-based cucumber, green apple, and ginger libation.
