Ginger & Soy Vinaigrette

? 2? cups Vegetable oil
? 2 T Sesame oil
? 2 oz. Soy sauce
? 2 oz. Balsamic vinegar
? 2 oz. Sherry vinegar
? 2 T Cold water
? 2 T Honey
? 2 Lemons, juiced
? 1 tsp Minced garlic
? 1 T Minced ginger
? 1 tsp Kosher salt
? ? tsp Fresh ground pepper



Place all ingredients except oils in a blender. While pureeing, slowly add the oil to emulsify. Adjust seasoning as needed with salt and pepper.

This vinaigrette is wonderful for tuna tartar, drizzled over fish, chicken, beef and/or vegetables.
