? 1 oz. gin (Bluecoat recommended)
? 3/4 oz. lemon juice
? 1/4 oz. St-Germain liqueur
? 3 ml. cardamom bitters (Scrappy?s Bitters recommended)
? 1/4 oz. simple syrup
? Orange peel twist
Pour Tokaji, gin, lemon juice, St-Germain, cardamom bitters, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 20 times and strain drink into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with orange peel twist and serve.
