INGREDIENTS

? 1 large slice sourdough bread, toasted
? 4 T guacamole (commercial or homemade)
? 1 vine-ripened tomato, sliced
? 3 T crumbled feta
? Extra virgin olive oil
? Lime wedges

 

DIRECTIONS

Spread a thick layer of guacamole on the toast, overlap tomato slices across the top and sprinkle with feta. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with the lime wedges.
