The Princess Diana*

INGREDIENTS
3 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
Dash of grenadine
Orange slice for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Pour vodka and Grand Marnier over ice and stir vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a small touch of grenadine, but do not stir. This gives the martini a pink glow; over-pouring turns the drink red. (Pink was Lady Di’s favorite color.) Serve with an orange slice on a doily-covered plate.
