THE DISH

Each taco on the menu is named for a particular part of Mexico and features ingredients from that region. The Monterrey tacos—named for the city, which is known for its beef production—are filled with shredded beef brisket that’s been smoked for 12 hours and finished with salsa verde, radish, cotija cheese, and fresh cilantro.

THE VIBE

Torre is a visual delight. Maybe it’s the wall of hand-painted sugar skulls, the graffiti-style mural upstairs, or the sky-high tequila tower (or “torre” in Spanish). Or maybe it’s the retracting wall that creates an awesome indoor-outdoor vibe. Whatever it is, you’ll find yourself ordering another round of guac just to stick around and bask in the trendiness of this Paxos Restaurant.

FUN FACT
